We're looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas.

Position Highlights: Compensation is $300(k) for 44 weeks of service W2 Position with Full Benefits 8 Weeks Off Call- 1:7- 1st Call In House- Low Case Volume One Day Off Per Week When Taking In House Call Mix of 8's/10's and 12's Case types include bread and butter general surgery, ENT, Endo, Urology, Orthopedic and GYN split between the main OR and hospital-based ASC Daily staffing includes 7 CRNAs and 2 MD's OB/Blocks Required- willing to train Malpractice and tail coverage provided Sign On Bonus
