Cleveland Clinic is seeking qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the team at Hillcrest Hospital, a busy tertiary care, Level II trauma center located on the east side of Cleveland. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-acuity setting with a broad and diverse case mix. CRNAs at Hillcrest provide anesthesia for all case types, including open heart, with the exception of transplants and complex neonatal and pediatric cases.

The hospital also features an exceptionally busy, high-risk obstetrics service, offering CRNAs the opportunity to work in a dynamic and clinically challenging environment. The ideal candidates will be well-rounded, flexible and versatile. We are willing to train in certain areas if candidate is flexible and willing to learn.

CRNAs work schedules designed to meet organizational needs, while every effort is made to accommodate individual preferences and requests. Because CRNA coverage is provided 24/7, a variety of shift options are utilized. Most CRNAs work a 4-day schedule, such as: 4 10-hour shifts 2 8-hour shifts and 2 12-hour shifts Weekend call is taken from home and consists of an 8-hour shift approximately once every 4 to 6 weeks.

The primary work location for this position is Hillcrest Hospital. However, CRNAs may be asked to float to other East Region locations based on organizational needs. We are proud to offer a competitive benefits package including
