Our Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient procedures, with a primary focus on pain management injections and minimally invasive pain interventions. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting. This position requires professional flexibility to accommodate varying procedural schedules, including occasional weekend coverage.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement appropriate anesthesia care plans based on patient needs and procedural requirements. Administer and monitor anesthesia and sedation services in accordance with established standards of practice.
Continuously assess patient status throughout the perioperative period and respond appropriately to clinical changes. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation.
Adhere to all applicable federal, state, accreditation, and facility policies and procedures related to anesthesia services and patient safety.
Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licenses, or eligibility to obtain licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center, outpatient procedural setting, or pain management environment preferred. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
Mainly needed for Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Compensation: Up to $250 per hour, commensurate with experience and availability
