About the Practice: A well-established private practice located near Boston, Massachusetts, is actively seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their growing team. Opportunity: This opportunity offers a broad B&B case mix, including obstetrics, pediatrics, regional anesthesia, and outpatient surgery. All pediatric cases are healthy. There are no trauma, head, heart, or transplant cases, ensuring a manageable and consistent workload.

Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases as listed above. Conduct thorough pre-operative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.


Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols.


Adhere to the flexible call schedule.



Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license (or eligible for licensure).


Strong clinical skills in general, OB, pediatric (healthy), and regional anesthesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Benefits: The group is offering a competitive salary range of $425,000 to $475,000 annually on a W2 basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including: Paid vacation. Malpractice insurance coverage.
