• Case types: The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics (down to 6 months of age), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision
• Independent cases only, no supervision
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
• Board Certification required or Board eligible within 5 years of residency
• Number of operating rooms: 12
• Indiana License required
