Compensation --- W2 Hospital-Employed 40hrs/week Base Salary: $310,000 guaranteed Total Compensation Potential: $310,000--$600,000+ Signing Bonus / Student Support: $100,000 (structured over 1--5 years) Paid Time Off: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays) CME & Board Certification Allowance: $4,000 annually Overtime (Over 40 Hours): $225/hour callback rate Vacation Payout: Up to 80 hours at hourly rate Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match beginning in year two
