Compensation: $340,000--$390,000+ annually | Independent CRNA Model with Team Support Renew Medical Group is seeking experienced and new-graduate CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice autonomously within a supportive Care Team Model environment, handling a diverse case load in a dynamic surgical setting. • Malpractice reimbursement: up to $9,000/year COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN Shift Options: - 8-hour shift: $1,520 - 10-hour shift: $1,900 - 12-hour shift: $2,280

• Partial shift (less than 8 hours): $190/hour Call Structure (Equitable Rotation):


• Weekday call: $500

• Weekend call: $1,000
