Overview: The West Valley division includes coverage across ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, and outpatient procedural facilities throughout the Phoenix market.

- General Outpatient Procedures Primary Coverage Locations:
- Digestive Health Center – Sun City
- Four Peaks Surgery Center – Sun City
- SKI Vascular – Peoria
- CORE Spine Center – Peoria Additional Practice Opportunities:
- Hospital coverage opportunities within Guide's broader Phoenix practice
- ASC coverage throughout the Valley
- Vascular and cardiology outpatient centers
- High-volume pain management facilities
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient and hospital-based procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and facility personnel.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Arizona licensure or eligibility.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a variety of procedural environments.
- Experience with outpatient and ASC settings preferred. Compensation

- Annualized
Compensation: $400,000 ($200/hour × 2,000 hours = $400,000) Complex Services:
• $210/hour
- Independent, full-service cardiac cases at ASC locations Scheduling:
- 5-day, 4-day, or 3-day guarantee options available
- 7 major holidays off annually
- Flexible practice structure across multiple facilities
