Specific Details for

Assignment: 1+ yrs current OB exp; Level 1 trauma exp preferred

Length of Contract: 4 - 6 months with the option to extend

Schedule: Full-time; 10 & 12-hour shifts (7A-7P or 7P-7A) - 3 4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 3 weeks and 3 shifts/week; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired. Call,

Nights and Weekends: 3 6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.

Cases: General, Trauma, Pediatrics, Neuro Head Cases, OB; Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases OB: Yes

Credentialing: 6 weeks with AZ license; 3 months non-licensed
