• Rate: $265/hr

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Call: None
• Case Mix: General Anesthesia, Thoracic, Vascular, OB/Maternity, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Urology, and minimal Pediatrics (primarily ENT).
• Support: 8 Anesthesiologists and 17 CRNAs
• EMR: MediTech

Requirements

• Certification: NBCRNA
• Licensure: Active Ohio license or IMLC
• Life
