Call schedule : At Home call Overtime expectations: OT after 40 Rates: $400/hour OT: $500/hr. OT & Callback Rate: $500/hour Expenses covered: YES Number of candidates needed: 1 Cases (required vs ideal): Inpatient, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries, may involve CRNA supervision Patient volume: 10-15 Patient age range: 0-100+ Number of beds or ORs: 94 bed hospital EMR: EPIC Certifications required (BLS, PALS, ACLS, other): ACLS, BLS, PALS BC or BE accepted: Yes Credentialing timeline: 6 weeks OR's are open 7:30a - 5:30p 7 rooms run per day 4 in the main OR and 3 in Outpatient Center Must be comfortable with basic regional blocks and central lines Will have thoracic cases and OB No hearts, heads, vascular, spines or sick kids.
