Types of cases: Endo/GI > Orthopedics > General > OB (Labor/Delivery) > Opthamology > Cardiology > Gynecology > Neuro/Spine > ENT > Urology > Vascular > Thoracic > Radiology > Cosmetic EMR: Hospital: Expanse; Anesthesia: Medaxion MUST be proficient in nerveblocks and spinal anesthesia MUST have clean file Current BLS/ACLS/PALS; active, unrestricted TN medical license; ACGME-accredited residency/fellowship program; proof of 30+ hrs CME in the past 2 years (unless recent graduate); documented clinical competence w/proof of recent anesthesia cases (100+ in the past year) Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
