Practice Model: Independent practice -- no anesthesiologist supervision. CRNAs manage cases start to finish.

Case Mix: True bread-and-butter anesthesia -- general surgery, endoscopy, and OB/GYN (epidurals and C-sections). No Complex Cases: Absolutely no hearts, no heads, no trauma.
