Schedule: Four (4) days per week | No Fridays | No Weekends | No Call Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (4-Day Work Week) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Anesthesiologist to join our growing ambulatory surgery center. This position offers an outstanding quality of life with a predictable four-day work week, no nights, no weekends, no call responsibilities, and no holiday coverage. The physician will provide anesthesia services for a diverse surgical population, including adult and pediatric patients undergoing otolaryngology (ENT), facial and body plastic surgery, and select oral surgery procedures.

Candidates must be comfortable caring for healthy, screened, pediatric patients and possess experience in outpatient anesthesia and airway management. Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric and adult surgical patients. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.

Administer and monitor general anesthesia, deep sedation, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) as appropriate. Manage airways in ENT, plastic, and oral surgery cases. Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and surgical center leadership to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes.

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Complete timely and accurate medical documentation. Evaluate patients postoperatively and manage recovery from anesthesia.
