Facility: 450 Bed Level 2 Hospital, 15 Main ORs, 2 OB, 3 Endo, 2 Specials, 1 Bronch, 1 MRI/CT Surgery Center affiliations

Model: Supervision & doing own cases

Charting: EMR - Epic

Credentialing: 30-60 days
