• Schedule Options: o 5x8-hour shifts o 2x8-hour shifts and 2x12-hour shifts

  • Medical Direction Model
  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 120 days Case Mix
  • Adult and Geriatric patients
  • Variety of surgical cases

• No Obstetrics Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience
  • Active Texas CRNA License
  • Board Certified
  • Current ACLS Certification
  • Current BLS Certification
