Level 2 trauma center with 10 ORs 24 CRNAs / 8 MDs Need cardiac specific doc- Level II Trauma Center General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, and GI Other cases: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, and GI (No Transplants, No High Acuity Peds, No Burns, no cardiac) Four physicians rotate through the same position.

• Typical cycle: 1 week on call → 1 week non call → 2 weeks off.

• Call days: 24-hour call, with about 12 hours in house on average.
• Recently instead of a full week of 24-hour call shifts, they now alternate every other day (call / non call).
