Anesthesiologist -- Permanent Placement Opportunity Region: South Shore of Oʻahu, Hawaii (near Pearl Harbor & Windward Oʻahu corridor)

Schedule & Lifestyle No call requirement Flexible rotation of day, night, and swing shifts Day shifts: 3x12s or 4x10s Night shifts: 4 shifts of ~9 hours (rotating monthly structure) Occasional swing shifts (11:00 AM--9:30 PM) Approximately 1 weekend day per month during day rotations Strong culture of shift trading and schedule flexibility to support work-life balance Overtime opportunities available with additional compensation Clinical Environment Care team model with strong physician leadership Level I trauma center with robust OR volume Broad
