• No trauma, cardiac, neuro, or OB cases ________________________________________ What You'll Do: Leadership:
- Oversee anesthesia operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and community service
- Serve as a liaison between anesthesia staff and hospital leadership
- Lead recruitment and quality initiatives Clinical:
- Provide direct anesthesia care in a low-acuity setting
- Supervise or work alongside CRNAs and physician colleagues
- Maintain a visible, supportive presence in the OR Call:
- Light call rotation
- No acute care surgery---98%+ chance of not being called in

Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.; Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for NJ medical licensure
- 5+ years of clinical experience (leadership preferred)
