Locum tenens CRNA coverage with cross credentialing across multiple sites Independent practice model experience required EMR: Cerner Clinical Scope (examples referenced) Case mix referenced: endoscopy, OB, general, ortho Spinals, epidurals, and blocks required Required Qualifications CRNA board certification Active Indiana license Independent practice model experience required Credentialing Estimated credentialing timeframe: 1 to 3 months.
