Assignment: Must be board-certified or board eligible within 5 years.

Length of Contract: Ongoing

Schedule: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts plus weekends and call Call,

Nights and Weekends: Sunday Saturday: 12 hr call For weekends and call, comfortability with PEDs is mandatory.

Cases: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics, OB, Peds, Cardiac. There is a light CRNA OB need with experience in high-risk cases. For weekends and call, comfortability with PEDs is mandatory.

Comfortability with CV and OB is recommended but not required OB: Yes Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes

Facility: Level I Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, 582 Beds

Model: Supervision & doing own cases

Charting: Cerner

Credentialing: 90 days
