Specific Details for

Assignment: CRNA will float between 2 small hospitals 20 minutes apart. Typically 4 CRNAs per day with one float Mon - Thurs. Then Fridays one CRNA or taking call depending on the schedule

Length of Contract: Ongoing

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8 or 10 hour days plus Call on Friday for emergencies Call,

Nights and Weekends: Some weekend and night beeper call required

Cases: General (ortho, podiatry, ENT (some peds), urology, GYN), Endo & OB , Strong OB experience Required - VBAC/TOLAC. Special procedures include Tap Blocks, Epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks. healthy PEDs, ENT OB: Yes Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes

Facility: One primary hospital and may float between 2 small hospitals within 20 minutes

Credentialing: 30 days- Must have MN license
