Assignment: ONE TIME COMPLETION BONUS (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks)

Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend

Schedule: 8s, Monday - Friday Call,

Nights and Weekends: None

Cases: General and colorectal, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions - No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts, no peds OB: Yes

Facility: 104-bed acute care community hospital : 5 ORs - 4 MDs & 3 CRNAs

Charting: Paper

Credentialing: 30-60 days
