Facility: Hospital and Surgery Center. Main OR has 17 rooms (including EP/Cath Lab, GI and IR). Surgery Center has 4 rooms, Physician office building has 4 rooms, Labor & Delivery has 3 rooms.

Model: Supervision

Charting: Paper (with computer for pre/post-op orders)

Credentialing: 30-day emergency temps available
