• Ongoing; 3-month contract with option to extend
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
• Monday
• Friday; 4-5 8-hour shifts/week

• No call; no weekends

• EMR: EPIC
• ASC - 5 ORs, 1 GI Suite
• Supervised setting: 3 MDs/6 CRNAs
• Cases: ortho, ENT, urology, plastics, podiatry, general surgery, healthy peds, regional blocks
