Position

Highlights:

• The anesthesiologist will practice general anesthesiology, to include neuro, OB, thoracic, and regional anesthesia. No cardiac or pediatric cases. •This is an employed position with a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package

• This position will have a teaching faculty appointment with our academic affiliate, Baylor College of Medicine-Temple. The anesthesiologist will have numerous teaching and academic opportunities with medical students, residents, and fellows. Opportunities for academic productivity, such as research and publication, are supported but are not a requirement.
• The selected individual will join a large established team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs along with nursing, anesthesia tech and admin support in a mixed anesthesia care team/solo staffing model.
• The work schedule is expected to be Monday-Friday with a proportional share of weekend and evening call rotated equally among the group.

• Approximately 1 weekday (Mon-Thurs) call shift per month, with pre and post call days off

• 1-2 weekend call shifts (12 hours) per month, with Paid Extra

• $300 hourly rate for all work after 4:00 on weekdays and weekend

• All in comp expectation for median team member is $650,000. $700,000+ is achievable (this does not include any retirement or benefit dollars)
