Join our Anesthesiology team in this premier freestanding ambulatory endoscopy center associated with the Mount Sinai Health System. This role is exclusively focused on providing anesthesia for GI procedures, including colonoscopies and EGDs in mostly ASA 1 and 2 patients. This position offers a rare opportunity for clinical excellence in an efficient and physician friendly ambulatory site staffed by one of the most prominent Anesthesiology Departments in the county. - Predictable
Schedule: Typical weekday hours (e.g., 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM).

Responsibilities
- Autonomous Anesthesia Care: Directly administer anesthesia/sedation for a variety of endoscopic procedures
- Pre- & Post-Op Management: Perform pre-procedure assessments and evaluations and postoperative care as may be required
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Active state medical license and DEA registration
- At least 1 year of attending experience
- Competence and comfort with MAC and deep sedation as required without airway instrumentation Compensation and Benefits
