Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our Tucson outpatient team, providing coverage across Oro Valley Surgery Center, SurgCenter Tucson, Camp Lowell Surgery Center, and Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality anesthesia care in ambulatory surgery centers throughout the Tucson market.

Case Mix:

• Orthopedics
• Gastroenterology (GI)
• Plastic Surgery
• Podiatry
• Ophthalmology

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and facility personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid Arizona licensure or eligibility.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the anesthesia care team. Compensation
