• Desired start: 9/1/26 • Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 (will request expedited files) • Length of contract: 3 months • Shift: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s - prefer 4x10 and full time. Need 2 weeks at minimum. No call. No weekends. • Medical direction • No blocks but will need to do some spinal and epidural • Types of cases: General surgery, GYN, breast, plastic, urology, vascular, neuro/spine with very little neuro. • EMR: Care connect or epic • Cross Creds: N/A • Number of MD/CRNA on per day- 5 doctors and 8 CRNAs • Number of operating rooms- 8 • Volume of OR cases per month or year- 4,500 per year • Number of deliveries per month or year- 1,300
