• Minimum 1year clinical experience as an anesthesiologist; locum tenens experience a plus
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Current and unrestricted medical license for Texas or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, including peripheral nerve blocks and spinals
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills in perioperative settings
• Comfortable using Epic EMR for documentation and communication Responsibilities -- Anesthesiology Duties
• Provide perioperative anesthesia care across a range of cases: orthopedics, orthopedic spine, general surgery, gynecologic surgery, urology, GI, minor vascular, and breast surgery
• Perform regional anesthesia and neuraxial techniques (blocks, spinals) for surgical patients
• Medical direction of anesthesia care team when required
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
