Benefits: $600,000 base salary $100,000 signing bonus 12 weeks time off plus 6 paid holidays $2,000 stipend for each holiday worked $4,000 CME reimbursement annually Call compensation opportunities: Additional weekday call: $4,000 per shift Additional weekend call: $5,500 per shift Post-call or premium work paid at $350 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee Comprehensive W-2 benefits package Malpractice coverage provided
