CRNA Locum -- Southwest Idaho (H‑09283)

Schedule: 8s/10s/12s; varies weekly. Call required: 1 weekend call/mo + 2 weeknight calls/mo**. Includes 24‑hr + 16‑hr shift** weekly.

Schedules released 6 weeks at a time. Site: Community Hospital -- Supervision Model Start Date:April 6, 2026** EMR: Epic Credentialing:** 30--45 days w/ active ID license; 90--120 days otherwise. No cross‑credentialing.

Case Types Gyn, general, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, IR, MRI. **No:** burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, OB. Must be comfortable with **Level II Trauma**. Requirements

• Active Idaho license
• Ability to perform spinals - 1 year experience
