Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO) Board level: BC/BE Certifications: PALS, ACLS EMR: Epic ***Skills/Procedures: Caudal, adductor canal block, interscalene block, arterial lines, ESP*** ***Other Role Notes: Trauma 1 with a very busy NICU and PICU. General, ortho, urology, dental, plastics, neurosurgery, spine, kidney transplant, ENT, GI (endo), EP lab, MRI/LPs, sedation, IR*** *Providers must be experienced with the above skills and procedures to be considered.

Case logs may be requested before interview.
