Private anesthesia group is seeking a reliable 1099 Anesthesiologist to handle weekend emergency home-call coverage. Compensation Structure Weekend Holding Fee: $2,000 flat stipend for the weekend block (Saturday morning through Monday morning). Call-Back Hourly Rate: $350 / hour for all active hours worked upon call-back. Guaranteed Minimum: 2-hour minimum pay per call-back incident.

Duties & Clinical Scope Provide restricted home-call emergency coverage. Must be able to physically arrive at the facility within a 45-minute window from the time of call. Low-Acuity Caseload: Bread and butter emergency cases only.

Strictly NO Obstetrics, Cardiovascular, Trauma, or Pediatric cases performed at our facility. Requirements ABA Board Eligible or Certified in Anesthesiology. Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License & DEA.
