Assignment: 2+ years of experience required. Provider will cross-credential at (3) other area hospitals

Length of Contract: 12 months with the option to extend

Schedule: 2x12+2x8. Day off per week per scheduler's needs. No set days.

GWW: 44 hours Call,

Nights and Weekends: None

Cases: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, GYN

Facility: Level 3 Hospital - Cross credential at (3) area hospitals

Model: Medical Direction

Charting: Medaxion / Epic / Cerner

Credentialing: 60-90 days
