General Anesthesiologist M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine and completion of an Anesthesiology Residency from an accredited institution and three (3) years of clinical practice in anesthesiology. Pediatric Anesthesiologist M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine and completion of an Anesthesiology Residency and a one-year pediatrics anesthesiology fellowship from an accredited institution and three (3) years of clinical practice in pediatric anesthesiology. Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology. Licensing/Certification Requirements for all: Valid License by State of Nevada to practice medicine.
State of Nevada Pharmacy Board License to Prescribe Medications and DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
