NorthStar Anesthesia is growing and currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA to join our dedicated call team at Mercy Hospital Joplin in Joplin, MO. This position is ideal for CRNAs who enjoy call work and appreciate clear expectations, strong team support, and excellent compensation. When you're on call, you're fully focused. When you're off, you're truly off. 4 CRNAs sharing call coverage 24-hour in-house call 91 total call shifts per year About 7--8 call shifts per month Evenly rotated schedule so downtime stays predictable THE FACILITY: Mercy Hospital Joplin - offers a modern, welcoming environment with comfortable call rooms, well-equipped break spaces, and a collaborative care team.
CASES INCLUDE: General Surgery, OB/GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Endo, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Pediatrics, Plastics, Pain, and more. We Offer: $250,000 base salary + Additional call pay: $73,000--$91,000 annually Optional extra work available for those interested $90K Sign-On Bonus Generous PTO: 7 weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling
