August 3rd week August 10th week and will have 2 weeks per month needed Highlights of this Locum Anesthesiologist opportunity at a Surgical Hospital: 2 weeks per month- would prefer a physician who can offer a 2 week block; had a FTE MDA resign so needing a Locum during this interim

• 3 Full-time MDA's and 20 CRNAs (not all CRNA's are full-time) make up the anesthesia team.
• 3 MDA's on per day;
• 12 OR's currently; plus an imaging center

• Position is 100% supervision Types of cases: Cases are varied here, but no OB, no trauma, and no heads. Urology, ENT, eyes, podiatry. Neuro (spines), general, some endo. The hospital is heavy on orthopedics. Orthopedic and Spine team does a bulk of their surgical cases here. MDA's perform the Pre-op and Post-op. 35- 45 cases per day average, but some days 50+ EMR: Epic Reimbursement: Guaranteed 8 hours per shift M-F expected start time is 0630- may need flexibility on schedule- run a waterfall system here. $400hr regular Monday - Friday $450hr for OT after 8 hours a day. Do not expect OT Travel/expenses will be reimbursed- Flights- capped at $1000 Vehicle rental- capped at $500 per week NO additional insurance costs covered- at provider's own expense Lodging provided or open to housing stipend
