• Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 7a-5p. • Flexible working 4 days per week. • Call can be optional, • 6p-7a from hotel and should be within 20 mins of hospital. • Facility Type: Hospital • Practice Setting: OR • EMR/Charting Software: epic • Avg. Daily Census: 20-30 total per day • OR Beds: 9 • Patient Age Group: adult • Procedures: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) • MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week. • There are only CRNAs, no residents supervising. • They run 9 ORs per day and total of 20-30 OR cases per day • •Years of Experience Req'd: 1 • Credentialing Timeframe: 90+ days but dept is going to try and push for Aug 1 start. • Travel: flight, hotel, rental car, gas reimbursement
