- Monday-Friday; 7a-5p. Flexible to work 4 days per week. Call can be optional, 6p-7a from hotel and should be within 20 mins of hospital.

• Procedures: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) Reason for need: Deployment of provider overseas. MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week.
- There are only CRNAs, no residents when supervising.
- They run 9 ORs per day and total between 20-30 OR cases per day.
- Board Certifications Req'd/Preferred: yes,
- State License(s): NH- willing to look at someone with LOQ in hand for a quick IMLC turnaround due to start date.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
- DEA Req'd?: Yes
- Years of Experience Req'd: 1.
- Willing To License: Only if they have an LOQ in hand for an IMLC.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90+ days but dept is going to try and push for Aug 1 start.
