Schedule: Monday -- Friday: Cases start 7:30, 7am or earlier if in peds room 8 hr guarantee but days are going to be longer, very busy surgery center At least a 40 hr week if they are giving full time Call: No call, weekends, or holidays EMR: Paper Cases: Endo, Eyes, Ortho, some plastics, GI, ENT, Peds comfortable, proficient providers for ENT and eyes 5 points of service per day, 4 CRNAs, 2 Doc - Docs that are capable -- proficient in regional anesthesia, knows how to run a busy center Credentialing timeframe: 45 days $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
