Our CRNA group is seeking an experienced and independent-minded CRNA for Mon-Fri office based anesthesia throughout Chicagoland. Occasional travel to Milwaukee, pending Wisconsin license. Cases are ENT, dental/oral surgery and facial plastics.

Comfort level with nasal intubations and peds is preferred. Malpractice provided. Must have at least 4 years of independent experience *NO AGENCIES
