ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: *Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor *Location: Multi-Specialty ASC, Hauppauge, NY *Schedule: Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM *Availability: Multiple days per week preferred *Start Date: Immediate JOB INFORMATION AND DUTIES: *A high-volume, well-run ambulatory surgery center in Hauppauge, NY is seeking reliable local 1099 CRNAs for recurring coverage. This is not a one-time locums assignment. We are building ongoing relationships with local providers who want consistent, predictable days in an efficient OR environment close to home.
Duties include providing anesthesia for bread-and-butter orthopedic and general surgery cases, including general anesthesia and regional nerve blocks, within a collaborative care team model. Cases are well-organized with efficient turnover. Most days run on schedule. *Providers who can commit to multiple days per week are eligible for bonus incentives in addition to the base hourly rate.

REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 1 year of post-certification clinical experience *Regional block experience preferred *Must be local to the Hauppauge and Suffolk County area *Comfortable and efficient in a high-volume ASC care team environment SALARY AND INCOME INFORMATION: *Rate: $210 per hour *Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours pay per day ($1,680 guaranteed per day) *Bonus incentives available for providers committing to multiple days per week *Consistent recurring opportunities available based on schedule and performance ANESTHESIA GROUP INFORMATION: Care team model anesthesia practice operating within a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center.
