Specific Details for

Assignment: Wide variety of cases, No OB or Peds

Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend

Schedule: 4 x 8s or 5 x 8s per week; 7:00-3:30pm with a 30 min lunch Call,

Nights and Weekends: No call needed. No OT expected.

Cases: Variety of cases plus Ortho & Neuro/Heads. No OB or Peds

Facility: 380 Bed Hospital and an ASC with cross credentialing at another nearby hospital - 25-27 anesthesia rooms on site

Charting: Meditech & Paper

Credentialing: Less than 30 days (emergency credentialing)
