Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours only. Monday

• Friday, 10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00 CST). Both evening and day shifts are available.

• Call/Weekends: No call and no weekends are needed at this time.

• Shift Guarantee: No daily guaranteed hours. Lunch is unpaid. Overtime is paid per day after the confirmed shift ends (no weekly overtime). No stipends are provided. CLINICAL SCOPE:
• Practice Setting: Inpatient facility.
• Medical Direction Model: 4:1 medical direction model from an Anesthesiologist.
• Facility Size: 17 Main ORs operating simultaneously.
• Patient Volume: Average Daily Census (ADS) of 135 across all locations. -

Case Mix: This is NOT a bread-and-butter facility; cases include complex neuro, spines, ENT, and EP. Coverage locations include L&D, ENDO, HEARTS, EP, and MRI/CT.

• Patient Population: Pediatrics is a mandatory expectation.
• Required Procedures: Arterial lines, intubations, and vent management are a MUST.
• EMR: Epic.

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Status: Board Eligible/Certified.
• DEA: A DEA license is not required for this site. ADDITIONAL INFO:
• Positions Available: 5 providers requested for supplemental coverage (multiple providers needed daily).
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.
