Compensation:

• $256,000 - $341,000 depending on staffing model/position

• Multiple schedule structure options (9 weeks off, 26 weeks off, etc.) Practice Details:

• CRNA-only practice model
• Practice at the top of your license --- perform your own blocks
• Day shift + call
• Low callback rates

• No OB

• Low volume hospital

• Cases include ortho, general, podiatry, GI, etc. We are excited to continue expanding CRNA-only practice opportunities in Ohio, and the surgeons and hospital team are very excited about this transition. Current group reports averaging approximately 25-35 working hours per week even with call responsibilities included. Current callback response time is 45 minutes, but the CNO is actively working toward transitioning to a 1-hour callback window and expects board approval within the next 3-4 months. Interested?
