MDA Opportunity -- Surgery Center -- Key West, Florida The ASC is seeking an anesthesiologist to join a unique two-person anesthesia practice at a busy surgery center in beautiful Key West, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for an MDA who wants to work in a professionally managed, efficient outpatient environment with excellent case variety, a strong surgical team, and one of the best lifestyle locations in the country. The practice is structured as a two-anesthesiologist model.

One position is currently shared by two MDAs, and we are looking for the right physician to fill the other position. This creates a small, stable, collegial anesthesia group with shared responsibility and a very personal practice environment. This opportunity is structured so that you keep 100% of the professional anesthesia fees you generate.

This is not a hospital-heavy, high-stress anesthesia job. This is a surgery center position with a broad outpatient case mix, a supportive team, and the opportunity to practice anesthesia in a well-run outpatient setting.
