• Grand County, Colorado just 1.5 hours from Denver in the heart of the High Rockies, with access to world-class outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and fishing and more. Middle Park Health is a Level IV Trauma Critical Access Hospital with 2 active ORs located in Granby, CO. Cases are performed M-F days, no call, no holidays. Reports to: Chief of Surgery Description: Certified Registered Nurse (CRNA) is responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery and other medical procedures. We have heavy Ortho (need to be block proficient), general surgery, gyn cases, minor spine, No Neuro, no OB. Supports and contributes to patient centered care. Provide a variety of blocks, determines the choices of anesthetic and performing pre-anesthesia, intra-operative anesthesia, and post-anesthesia management.


Requirements: . Current RN license in the state of Colorado. Current CRNA license in the state of Colorado Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required.


Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification. Current PALS Certification Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred) Full-Time W-2

Compensation: $230,00 - $295,000 per year Depending on experience Status: Full-Time in-house (40 hours/week)
