Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for a flexible supplemental opportunity in a modern ambulatory surgery center? Durango Outpatient Surgery Center (DOSC) in Las Vegas, NV is seeking dedicated CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia team through Guide Anesthesia. This multi-specialty ASC provides anesthesia services for orthopedic, general surgery, and GI procedures in an efficient, high-throughput outpatient environment with 3--4 operating rooms running daily.

Nevada regulations require MD sign-off for CRNA practice; however, our team fosters a highly collaborative MD-CRNA care model focused on autonomy, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery.

Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and clinical personnel. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid Nevada licensure or eligibility. Experience in ambulatory surgery center settings preferred. Comfortable with orthopedic, general surgery, and GI cases.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation

Summary: 1099 Independent Contractor Primary Team: $210/hour All Other Team Members: $200/hour MAP eligible (Primary Team) Additional benefits of 1099 status include potential tax advantages through deductible business expenses.
