With the new hospital contract, average total compensation for a W2 full time full call doc was $600K in the first partial year, with a range of $470K - $850K, higher or lower depending on what types and how much call and vacation you take. Part-time positions also available. Built in step increases in hospital contract and significant upside possible with changes in staffing models.

Primarily physician anesthesia with option for some medical direction or supervision of very high quality CRNAs.
